Repair Warranty
   All repairs carry a standard 2yr parts & labor repair waranty on items that were replaced or repaired by Conpetition Aire,  this does not include any other items or parts in which were not part of the repair. Warranty is voided if unit is tampered with by non certified Repair Co. in the event Competion Aire is not available to respond in a timely manner within 48 hrs allowance response time of being notified, damaged by fire, vandilizm, non payment for previous repair(s) or deliquent payment of account status, substandard workmanship or faulty electrical / construction by other contractors which directly affect the proformance of the equipment provided. 

30 Day Free Replacement
   Any Item replaced by or before the warranty limit expires will only carry out the remander of the warranty time period. 

If at anytime you're not satisfied with a part (at no fault of operation of the part) we will replace / exchange it with in 30days "free of charge" after the 30day installation & trial period has expired there will be a replacement charge of parts & labor.

Extended waranties (Beyond the expected 2yr warranty) 
Units that carry an extended warrant beyond 2yr standard warranty will need to purchase a maintenance agreement to insure proper operation. A/C units must be maintained 1 annual service check-up / Heat pump & Gas pack A/C unit must be maintained twice annually Spring & fall for the duration of the warranty period. of 5 or 10 yrs.   Warranties may be voided if wiring / construction is substandard to manfucatures / state & local codes & workmanship requirments.
